Furniture in series
Bespoke furniture
built for series production.
Furniture made in series for hotel operators, retail networks, designers, developers and agencies: a signed-off prototype, then the series — 10, 50, 200 pieces — with the care of a one-off piece. The industrial capacity of a 2,000 m² workshop, from our factory in Portugal.
Our approach
Four reasons
to trust us with a series.
01
From prototype to series, without relearning it all
We make a prototype, we sign it off together, we launch the series. The same team, the same workshop, the same processes — so the 100th piece looks like the first.
02
Series production, with real capacity
The local cabinetmaker can make a beautiful piece but struggles with the series: capacity, processes, logistics. We make series of 50, 100, 200 pieces with the same care as a signature piece — that's our ground.
03
Every material of a series
Solid wood, veneer, metal, exact Pantone lacquer, upholstered leather and fabric, glass, resin. You draw the object, we industrialise it without giving up noble materials.
04
Numbering and traceability
On limited editions, each piece of the series can be numbered, engraved, with a certificate of authenticity — like a true edition.
Who it's for
Six profiles
who trust us with a series.
Designers & editing studios
You draw a collection, we produce it in series. Prototyping, fine-tuning, batch production. Drop-shipping to your end customers possible.
Hospitality furniture — own lines
A hotel group that wants its own hospitality furniture line (room armchairs, lamps, bedside tables) to ensure consistency across its network. We make it under your brand, alongside the bespoke hotel fit-out of rooms and common areas.
Property dealers & developers
Fitting out several units or new-build residences with the same line of built-in furniture. The economies of scale of series, the quality of the one-off piece.
Event agencies
High-end event furniture produced in series, reusable, sometimes demountable. Own lines for seasons of operations at premium clients.
Restaurants & F&B groups
Chairs, tables, benches for a restaurant or a network. Pieces that take intensive use without giving up the finish.
Architects — repeated pieces
On a fit-out project, a key piece to repeat across 30 rooms, 12 stores or 80 workstations. We draw it with you, prototype it, make it in the exact number.
Our capacity
Quantities, lead times,
materials — the orders of magnitude.
Quantities
From 10 to 500 pieces per reference depending on complexity. Beyond that, planning in successive batches. Below about ten identical pieces, a series makes no economic sense — unless the piece is part of a fit-out project we are carrying out.
Lead times
Prototype: 3 to 6 weeks. Series: 8 to 16 weeks after prototype approval, depending on volume and complexity.
Materials handled in-house
Solid wood (oak, walnut, sapele, ebony), wood veneer on MDF, metal (steel, stainless steel, brass), lacquer (any RAL/Pantone shade), upholstered leather and fabric, glass, resin.
How it works
From the drawing
to delivery, in four steps.
01
Brief & drawings
You send us your drawings, sketches, execution plans and the target volume. We come back with an estimate for the prototype and for the series, with material options.
02
Prototype signed off on the actual piece
Prototype made, delivered for approval. Any adjustments, fine-tuning. We document the piece to reproduce it identically.
03
Series production
The series launched in our workshop, with 3-level quality control. For limited editions: numbering and certificate possible.
04
Delivery or drop-shipping
Delivery to one point (your depot) or drop-shipping to your end customers depending on the agreed method. Logistics handled by us.
